During the morning the motor fishing boat Billow’s Crown, of St. Abbs, was caught in a south-east gale, with a rough sea, while returning from fishing. She had a crew of four. The motor life-boat Annie Ronald and Isabella Forrest was launched at five minutes after noon. She found the fishing boat making no headway against the wind and sea, took her in tow and brought her into harbour at one o’clock. - Rewards, £9 7s..
