NOVEMBER 6TH. - DONAGHADEE, CO. DOWN. At 12.15 in the afternoon the police reported that a parachute had come down in the sea off The Commons, Donaghadee, and at 12.45 the Belgian motor life-boat Ministre Anseele, on temporary duty at the station, was launched.
