FEBRUARY 16TH. - NEWQUAY, AND PADSTOW, CORNWALL. A steamer had been mined ten miles N.E. of Trevose Head, and the Padstow life-boat put out in the early morning to search. Other vessels helped, but nothing was found except a barrage balloon floating in the sea.
