NOVEMBER 11TH. - BLACKPOOL, LANCASHIRE.

At about 11 A.M. the police reported that two men were in the sea off the North Shore Boating Pool. A strong westerly breeze was blowing, with a moderate sea. The motor life-boat Sarah Ann Austin was launched at 11.30 A.M. and a few minutes later reached a man supported by two life.
