The S.S. Mercator

DEC. 1ST. - PETERHEAD, ABERDEENSHIRE.

A ship’s boat had landed at Boddam, with twelve men on board, who reported that, their ship, the S.S. Mercator, of Helsinki, had been sunk by enemy action and that another of the ship‘s boats was missing. The life-boat found no trace of her. A fishing boat brought her in. - Rewards, £6 14s. 6d.
