AUG. 17TH. - NORTH SUNDERLAND, NORTHUMBERLAND. During the evening a message was received from the coastguard that the steam drifter Excel IV was aground on Gun Rock, Fame Islands. A light S.E. breeze was blowing. The sea was smooth. The motor life-boat W.R.A.
