DEC. 13TH. - KIRKCUDBRIGHT. At 1.30 P.M. a message was received from Ross Lighthouse that a ship’s life-boat had been seen drifting a mile and a half south of the lighthouse. A S.W. breeze was blowing, with a slight sea. At 2.15 P.M. the motor life-boat Morison Watson was launched.
