JULY 25TH. - MARGATE, KENT. A small rowing boat was drifting out with a boy in it, but before the life-boat arrived it was found by a motor boat. The boy was exhausted and, after he had been given water and chocolate from the life-boat, the motor boat took him to Herne Bay.
