Ten new beaches will be watched over by RNLI lifeguards this year, making a total of 224 safer spots for your Summer.

The service covers top holiday hotspots in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Jersey, and most are guarded from around 10am to 6pm, May to September. The new RNLI lifeguarded beaches are West Kirby, Moreton, Harrison Drive, The Plateaux and Perch Rocks in the Wirral; Aberdour Silver Sands, Burntisland, Leven and St Andrews East Sands in Fife; and Southwold South in Waveney.
