Southern Water donated over £33,000 to the RNLI in 2009. The money was raised through a charity ball and a race day.

The company will continue to support the RNLI through 2010, and hopes to repeat the success of the Annual Charity Ball at Effingham park in June, and the Super Irish Race Day at Fontwell Park in October.

The RNLI is one of eight charities supported by Southern Water staff.
