Thank you to everyone who organised and supported SOS events around the UK and RoI on 30 January. SOS day is the RNLI’s biggest fundraising day, and this year’s event was well supported in schools, companies and clubs, and RNLI fundraising branches, stations and Headquarters.

At the time of writing the money was still coming in, so we hope to be able to announce the grand total in our next issue. In the meantime, it’s never too early to start planning! Next year’s SOS day falls on 29 January – as ever, the last Friday of the month.
