Autumn winner Kirsten Ferguson said during her visit to Anstruther lifeboat station: ‘My husband and I are not sailors but I grew up in Denmark and recognise how important the sea is. You hope you will never need a lifeboat, but it is good to know they are there. I feel supporting the RNLI is the natural thing to do.’.
