The RNLI's busiest lifeboat station,Tower on the River Thames, has relocated to an historic new location - Lifeboat Pier. A former police station, the entire structure was towed away, rebuilt and returned to its mooring on the Embankment in time for a grand opening on 8 May during London Lifeboat Week.
