Five lifeboats rescue racing dinghies Lifeboats from Hartlepool.Teesmouth and Redcar launched to help 30 dinghies that capsized in gale-force winds on 28 August. The dinghies, competing in a 100-strong race in Hartlepool Bay, were caught out by a sudden and dramatic change in the weather.
