Mathison (nominated station Wick)Following the success of the RNLI's 175th anniversary photo competition in 1998 another was opened in 1999 to happy snapping lifeboat crew members, station officials, branch members and supporters in the quest to find stunning display shots for the RNLI's stand at the Earls Court Boat show in 2000 As with the 1998 competition there was a sackload of wonderful entries and as ever choosing the winners was a difficult task for the judges.
