Freddie Bell-Scott MBE, president of the Birmingham branch. Freddie joined the branch in 1957 and was involved with the appeal for the lifeboat, City of BirminghamBirmingham which was launched in 1970. He was chairman from 1974 to 1978, president 1978to 1988 and was awarded a gold badge in1980.
