Douglas lifeboat R. A. Colby Cubbin No. 1 is pictured returning from an exercise involving the warship HMS Ribble a River class RNR minesweeper based at Liverpool. The exercise involved transferring a casualty in a Neil Robinson stretcher from the minesweeper to the lifeboat.
