There was plenty to smile about at Great Ormond Street Hospital following, a gala dinner at the Mirabelle Restaurant. The occasion was the restaurant's 50th anniversary and the dinner was held in aid of the RNLl. The Chef Patisserie Nick Holland baked a beautiful cake in the form of the RN LI flag and a floral table decoration in the shape of a lifeboat was also made. At the request of restaurant owner Leslie Jackson, both the cake and the flower arrangement were donated to the staff and children of the hospital the following day.
