Paul Monaghan, a member of the British Sub-Aqua Club, swam twenty lengths of a pool, underwater, to raise £100 for the Wellington and District branch. No mean feat when you realise Mr Monaghan has been confined to a wheelchair for over 30 years having been crippled by polio.
