The mob cap mob, alias helpers at Seaton, Beer and District branch's 1983 country fair; it was part of a very successful lifeboat week which raised more than £1,000. The fair, held appropriately in the Mariners Hall, attracted customers with cream teas, apple pies and cream, a bingo session, a draw and a grand slippery pole pillow fight.
