A special £1 draw was organised for this magnificent cake made in the shape of Exmouth lifeboat, just one of the attractions at a dance at Langslone Cliff Hotel, Dawlish, organised by 13 of the water sport clubs on the River Exe. The whole evening made £3.000 and the draw for the cake alone made £160.
