Lady Olwen Carey Evans, DBE, an honorary life governor of the Institution and president and chairman of South Caernarvonshire ladies' guild, surrounded by her family on the occasion of her ninetieth birthday; the card she is holding is one received from the RNLI in Wales signed by all those who had been present at the North Wales Conference two days bofore.
