Dr Hilary Jones of the Firth Medical Centre, Sullom Voe, Shetland, sets out on a long distance windsurf across Bus/a Voe. He completed the 14-mile trip from Brae to Aith and back in three hours and 20 minutes. The £500 he raised in sponsorship was divided between the RNLI and the Save The Children Fund.
