Eastbourne: A new D class ILB has been donated by Downland Eastbourne Round Table and about 250 people, including the Mayor and Member of Parliament, were present at the handing over ceremony on Saturday July I . Dick Barnhoorn fc.j, immediate past chairman of Downland Eastbourne Round Table, presented a cheque for £2,100 to Leslie Lelliot, honorary treasurer of Eastbourne branch, while Cecil F. Baker, station honorary secretary, looked on.
