B.E.M. Presentation When Mr. John Davics, M.P., Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, presented awards at a ceremony at Lancaster House, London, in June, Mr. Henry Philcox, the Second Coxswain of the Shoreham Harbour life-boat, received the B.E.M. announced in the New Year Honours.
