On 6th April,1970, Captain Carlos Carreira and Captain Rogerio Pinto of the Portuguese Life-boat Society, in the course of a visit to R.N.L.I. establishments, called at Life-boat House, London. Here they are being shown a painting of Cromer's famous son, the late Coxswain Henry Blogg, by the Chief Inspector of Life-boats, Lieut.-Commander W. L. 6. Dutton, R.D., R.N.V..
