Coxswain Kenneth J. Holland, of the Skegness, Lincolnshire, life-boat Charles Fred Gran- tham. A member of the local life-boat crew since 1947, he was first appointed coxswain in 1965 and then full-time coxswain/mechanic in 1968. Since he became associated with the Skegness life-boat she has been launched 115 times and has saved 64 lives..
