Vice Admiral Sir Arthur Hezlet, K.B.E., C.B., D.S.O., D.S.C., who lives in Northern Ireland, has joined the Committee of Management of the R.N.L.I.

Admiral Hezlet, who retired in 1964, served in submarines during the war. His post-war appointments included that of Director R.N. College, Greenwich, 1956-1957, and Flag Officer, Scotland and Northern Ireland, 1963-1964.
