Sennen Cove, Cornwall - At 4.11 p.m.

on 10th October, 1969, it was learnt that a fishing boat needed assistance three quarters of a mile west north west of Tol Pedn. At 4.21 the lifeboat Susan Ashley was launched. It was one hour before high water. The life-boat came up with the fishing boat Antelope at anchor with engine failure. She carried a crew of four.

The life-boat took her in tow to Newlyn, and returned to her station at 8.3..
