A Motor Boat (2)
Humber, Yorkshire - At 10.45 a-mon 23rd August, 1967, the coastguard informed the coxswain superintendent that a small motor boat with three people on board appeared to be broken down at the river entrance. The life-boat Edward and Isabella Irzvin, on temporary duty at the station, was launched at n o'clock.
It was three hours after high water. The casualty was found drifting over the Binks and the life-boat stood by until she reached the shore and those aboard were seen to have landed safely. The life-boat returned to her station at 12.10 p.m..
