Anstruther, Fife - At 12.30 p.m. on 27th February, 1967, it was seen that the local fishing fleet was standing off the harbour awaiting the tide to flood sufficiently in order to enter. There was a gale force southerly wind with a very heavy sea and swell making entry into the harbour extremely hazardous.
