Walmer, Kent - At about noon on iyth July, 1966., two small boats were reported apparently broken down near Goodwin Fork buoy. A joint watch was kept on the craft by the honorary secretary and coastguard. The boats were seen to anchor in a dangerous position over the Goodwin sands.
