LANCE-CORPORAL RAMBAHADUR, who this year was awarded the Victoria Cross for bravery in Sarawak, was in June taken for a trip in Eastbourne's IRB He was staying at Upper Dicker at the home of Major J. Gales, an officer in the loth Princess Mary's Own Gurkha Rifles, and specially asked to see the life-boat station. With the party were two other Gurkha friends.
