Coxswain Joseph McLoughlin, of Howth, who was awarded the bronze medal of the Institution for the rescue of the crew of three of the motor fishing vessel Roscairbre of Dublin on i4th July, 1964, died in hospital hi Dublin on 30th June, 1965, aged 59.
