Honorary Life Governor1 One new honorary life governor, MR. B. V.

HOWELL, M.B.E., has been appointed in recognition of his services to the Institution.

At the annual general meeting of the Institution on 6th April, 1965, he was presented with a copy of the vote inscribed on vellum and signed by Princess Marina, Duchess of Kent, as president of the Institution.

Mr. B. V. Howell, M.B.E., has been honorary secretary of the Pwllheli station branch since 1929, and a member of the South Caernarvonshire life-boat committee for 35 years.
