RESERVE LIFE-BOAT Humber, Yorkshire. At 1.30 p.m. on 4th October, 1964, the coastguard told the coxswain superintendent that the reserve life-boat The Cuttle had broken down in a slight sea and gentle southeasterly wind five miles north of Spurn Point.
