FOUR WERE RESCUED Ramsey, Isle of Man. At 8.25 p.m.
on 24th August, 1964, the coastguard told the honorary secretary that a motor boat was reported to be in trouble off Port-e- Vullen in rough seas and a moderate south-westerly breeze. At 8.50 the lifeboat Annie Ronald and Isabella Forrest, on temporary duty at the station, was launched. The dinghy's crew of four were picked up by the life-boat and their boat was towed into Ramsey harbour, the lifeboat returning to her station at 10.30..
