THE 1963 award made under the terms of the James Michael Bower Endow- ment Fund established by the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company has been made to Coxswain Hubert Ernest Petit, of St. Peter Port, gold medallist, and Coxswain Lionel Derek Scott, of The Mumbles, silver medallist.
