THE French Maritime medal in bronze and certificates were awarded to Coxswain H. Nicholas, Second Coxswain J. H. Nicholas, Bowman E. George and Motor Mechanic R. George of Sennen Cove for the service to the French trawler Jeanne Gougy on 3rd November, 1962. A full account of the service appeared in the March, 1963, number of THE LIFE-BOAT.
