SHIP'S BOAT TAKEN IN TOW Hartlepool, Co. Durham. At 12.15 on the afternoon of the 16th November, 1962, the coxswain informed the honorary secretary that a converted ship's boat was ashore on the rocks just outside the harbour entrance.
