Tenby, Pembrokeshire. At 12.30 on the afternoon of the 29th of September, 1960, the Royal Air Force detachment at Tenby requested the use of the life- boat Henry Comber Brown to tow in one of their air-sea rescue launches, which had broken down off Caldey Island. The life-boat was launched at 12.48 in a fresh-to-strong south-easterly breeze and a rough sea. It was high water.
