Cullercoats, Northumberland. At 6.30 on the evening of the 10th of July, 1959, the coxswain was informed that a sailing dinghj had capsized half a mile east of Cullercoats harbour. They were taken on board the life-boat to- gether with their sailing dinghy, and the life-boat reached her station at 7.1. The man made a donation to the Institution's funds and offered to do all he could to further its cause. Rewards to the crew, £6 ; rewards to the helpers on shore £9.
