Two Motor Boats
Fishguard, Pembrokeshire. At 11.24 on the morning of the 28th of March, 1959, the coxswain was informed that two boats, which were drifting towards Dinas Head, appeared to be in diffi- culties as their occupants were waving frantically. The life-boat Howard Marry at was launched at 11.45 in a strong south-westerly breeze. There was a moderate sea and the tide was ebbing. The life-boat found two motor boats a mile and a half north of Pwllgwaelod. They were within twenty yards of the cliff and dragging their anchors.
