Holyhead, Anglesey.—At 9.15 on the night of the 4th of September, 1956, the coastguard telephoned that a smallsailing boat was drifting off Rhos- colyn with two youths aboard. At 9.31 the life-boat St. Cybi (Civil Service No. 9) was launched. There was a moderate sea, a moderate south- westerly breeze was blowing, and the tide was flooding. The life-boat went to the position and at 12.30 found the dinghy Teal. The two youths were taken on board the life-boat, and the dinghy was towed into Holyhead harbour, which was reached at four o'clock.—Rewards to the crew, £14 5s.; rewards to the helpers on shore, £5 Ss..
