A Fishing Boat
Kilmore Quay, Co. Wexford.—At 8.20 on the evening of the 23rd of August, 1956, a telephone message was received that a fishing boat had been driven ashore on the Great Keragh, and that a man and a woman had waded in from her. At 8.30 the life-boat AnnIsabella Pyemont was launched. The sea was rough, there was a moderate north-westerly breeze, and it was high water. The life-boat reached the posi- tion, and using her searchlight man- aged to locate the two people.
