Sherlngham, Norfolk.—On the morn- ing of the 8th of June, 1956, the local fishing boats were at sea and the weather was deteriorating. At 10.10 the life-boat Foresters Centenary was launched in a rough sea, with a strong northerly wind blowing and a flooding tide. The life-boat escorted in several fishing boats, the crews of two being handed life-belts.
