Scarborough, Yorkshire. — On the morning of the 23rd of November, 1955, anxiety was felt for the safety of the local fishing coble Premier, which had been at sea since daybreak. The weather was worsening, and at 11.45 the life-boat Annie lionald and Isabella Forrest was launched. The sea was rough, a gale was blowing from the north-north-west, and it was one hour after low water.
