General Sir Reginald Wingate

BY the death of General Sir (Francis) Reginald Wingate, Bt., G.C.B., G.C.V.O., G.B.E., K.C.M.G., D.S.O., on the 28th of January, 1952, at the age of 91, the Committee of Manage- ment lost one of their most distin- guished members. He became a member of ihs Committee in 1932, was elected a vice-president in 1945, and up to the end of his very long life he continued his interest in the Institution's work.
