Sora
Moelfre, Anglesey.—At 8.45 in the evening, on the 1st of June, 1950, dis- tress signals were seen about three miles south-east of Moelfre Island. At nine the life-boat G.W. was launched.
The sea was smooth, with a northerly breeze blowing. She found the motor cruiser Sora, of Llandudno, with the owner on board, and her engine had broken down; and towed her to the shore. She then returned to her sta- tion, arriving at 10.40 that night.
The owner made a donation to the funds of the Institution.—Rewards.
