Weymouth, Dorset.—On the 5th of June, 1948, the engines of the sixty- three-ton motor yacht Mite, on passage from Malta to London, broke down some fifteen miles west of Portland Bill in a south-south-west gale with a very rough sea. The motor life-boat William and Clara Ryland rescued three men on board her.—Rewards: bronze medal and £35 5s. 6d. (See page 00)..
